Balance job prospects with new housing investment

Given the recent go ahead of a major housing project in the Truro area, it is important that in an area which already has poor job prospects is not made any worse by a significant rise in demand for jobs as a result of the new housing occupation. Therefore, the creation and access to jobs through a government-funded programme would benefit an already crippled local economy. This could include subsidies for companies that wish to be part of such a scheme, who would provide more jobs without a trade-off in productivity, wages and company profits.
