Turn Central Beach into an arena for beach activities as well as safe swimming area whilst drastically improving sea defences at the same time.
Section 1: Transform the outfall to include a road running from the Promenade out to sea. The sides of it will consist of steps as per the promenade steps going down to sand level.
Section 2: Build a raised road directly in front of the RNLI station out to sea. The sides of it will consist of steps as per the promenade steps going down to sand level. In front of the RNLI Station to the right of where this section meets the promenade will be an Ambucopter Helipad which doubles as an ambulance parking facility. At the sea end of this section will be a slope for RNLI boats to get in & out of the sea.
Section 3: Will join Section 1 & 2 together. This will have Bi-Directional filtration pumps at both ends to pump/suck water in and out of the arena. The Arena can be filled for safe swimming & emptied for Beach events and sea defence.
