Creative outputs for young people.

The level of creative subjects studied at GCSE level in Hartlepool is one of the lowest in the country. Young people have no creative outputs, no youth centres and there is an increase in antisocial behaviour and drugs – although this is likely to be a common problem in the UK, we’re not supporting our young people to be creative. This can have issues on individual expression, confidence and mental health.
