Of recent years, it has become more apparent that people have little to no respect for pedestrians. On one occasion I witnessed a young lad on his way home from school in an electric wheelchair, unable to pass because someone had parked on Toton lane, so close to a lamp post that nobody could pass. He had to go all the way around the housing estate. People parking so close to the houses that nobody generally can pass. I think there needs to be double yellow lines on the brow of the hill and generally surrounding the school to make it SAFE
