Fix Neglected areas and a NHS Memorial at FGH in memory of those who gave their lives during the COVID-19 virus

I would like the Barrow councillors to listen to the public and realise any revenue that comes in is not their personal bank account.
I would like to see all rough and dilapidated abandoned areas re-vamped: *Such as the disused ‘play area on Hall street car park,* *The toilet on Hall street car park.* *No cycling and no skating signs’ erected at all entrances to the pedestrian areas in town, in the interest of safety* *Car park charges abolished to attract visitors and help our retail shops* “A big ask but one every Barrovian wants = *A roof on Portland walk* (This would be my top priority and can be done’) Restructure the arcade and its shops to encompass Barrow market hall’ A memorial statue at FGH in memory of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
