Women who care for sick or disabled relatives. Should have funded courses to help them better their own lives. Sometimes care can be isolating, this gives them a chance to meet others, and share and develop skills. This could include cooking classes English, business skills. There was a lot of these courses and community spirit in the 90’s, slowly these have all disappeared. It would help those who are selfless have an hour or afternoon away where they can put themselves first. I talk from experience, as my mother cares for my disabled father, and when we are all at work she gets very lonely. As care givers their needs to be considered too.
