Free market reform with opportunity of Residents investing in to construction projects such as highrise community buildings

I believe a lower tax rate should be implemented for income tax and local business rate tax. A free market capitalist model would prove useful for the County as many residents would feel they have a stronger spending power; which encourages them to spend more on local businesses’ services and products. Whilst a free market does entice less regulatory attention, the fast tracking of building planning for highrise estate should also be promoted with Community planned designs for a large quantity of units in apartments that are cheap and spacious, each column of buildings can acquire 2 level underground parking, for residents and visitors whilst a 1 level underground shopping area with an open square in the centre would prove useful for local start ups and entrepreneurs who can acquire cheap commercial property.
