Make all car parks free. This encourages people to come into the town centre and will help businesses. Cheshire Oaks and the Trafford Centre are close by and offer free parking. Why would people pay to come into town when they can go there?

Excellent, then maybe from profit we can slowly do up the Centre and take down the horrible Skittles in the centre
Car parks need to be easier to access from major trunk roads. Multi storey’s are a last resort and only should be used in town centre’s that are already successful.
Sounds like such a good idea, its such a hassle going to town and trying to park.
Agreed, parking in town is extortionate, I often go to Trafford centre or Cheshire oaks instead
Encourage outlet stores and keep business rents lower. Most independent shop owners can’t afford the business rents. Having stores empty is ridiculous when they could be let at lower rates.
