Help those out of a good job on training

Not just for those adults who receive government financial assistance / national insurance contributions when unemployed. Also, for those who are in limbo with a poor job or just too old to join an apprenticeship; unable to do further or higher education or just seek an opportunity to make a career change. Instead of voluntary work, to appoint support officers and finance work placements on minimum wage for a minimum of six months -ideally one year in the local Green Renewable Sector or low emission building improvement. Not in a dead end job such as a ecycling operative for an employment agency for a contractor
