Everywhere I go in Norwich there are so many people living on the streets having to beg and sleep rough, I get asked by at least 3 or 4 people if I have spare change every night I walk home from work. There is a young disabled homeless woman who will sit outside our shop crying all day. I feel as a city that prides itself on being inclusive, diverse and welcoming – (a fine city! That I am very proud to live in!) should also be focused on helping some of the most vulnerable citizens as a top priority. No one should have to sleep rough.
