Improving music tuition in schools

It has been proven that children learning music helps in all other education, it helps with concentration skills and is good for pit mental health. As an adult playing music the results of under spending in instrumental lessons can be seen, children that are lucky enough to have parents who can fund lessons are taking lessons in larger group numbers their ability to sight read is lower than when music lessons were delivered to smaller groups making them less independent as musicians and not achieving the same level of skill as they would have 30 years ago. We will lose the excellent musicians in the large orchestras if money is not invested.
