Jobs for the disadvantaged and the disabled

The setting up of a business which is run by, and for, disadvantaged and disabled people. Depending on individual abilities, roles will be found from cleaning to accounting. Successful examples of this type of business often involve warehousing, where materials can be sorted then some can be made into products to sell. Job opportunities include craftsmen, sales, marketing, manufacturing, warehousing, delivery as well as all admin. A cafe could also provide catering and hospitality experience. Gardening could also be incorporated.
