Support people with existing or previous mental health problems by training them to help others in the same situation. I have PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. My partner killed himself 2 years ago. I’ve been on ESA since and attended work focused interviews, I have councelling weekly (there was a huge waiting list) but I feel stuck. The only thing I’m sure of is that I don’t wish this feeling on anyone. I believe it’s on people like me to make the difference moving forward. Approach a few people who have been on benefits for these reasons, ask them if it would be something they would be interested in. You might be pleasantly surprised. Bring people together by showing us how to help others like us.
