Cooperative working with the club and the council to bring in revenue to the town and provide not only improved facilities for rugby (Darlington had the 2nd largest rugby stadium in the UK), but use that space to its full potential. Live Music. Comedy. We could have a mini edinburgh fringe. We could encourage kids from all over to come and do multi sports. Having the dolphin centre in the town in great, but not for big, outdoor sports, and it’s difficult to access if you drive (thinking of large scale sports festivals) mowden arena is ready and waiting.
The council, in the past, seem to have restricted potential instead of using it as an asset in my opinion
