I would like you to consider regenerating the central drive area of the town. This is the most deprived area. not only is it not very nice place to live or invest in as a small business owner, but it is what the holiday makers experience when they arrive and this is why the town has a bad image to many potential visitors.
The investment at Bonny street is just a start, but a great place to begin. They should compulsory purchase central drive neglected and empty properties from Bonny street to revoe library, make green spaces and a park, community art galleries, restaurants and nice coffee shops and bars for the visitors to the new centre to enjoy along with the locals. Revoe library could be regenerated to include an art gallery and museum attraction. The many people that live in the area could then either gain employment or volunteer in the new businesses. The children in the area would have some hope for future employment. There is no hope in that area and investment is vital.
