The derelict buildings and old concrete beach chalets near the Holbeck hill area knocked down or revitalised. When you walk down holbeck hill there is a lovely small beach area which is great for kids as well as rock pools. Then you are faced with an eyesore of a chalet building. Why not knock it down / renovate into luxury chalets like at north side Or build over the top of it with sand stone so it fits in with the other crevices and coves further along which look nice and also help the cliff stay stable. The old sunbathing building is an eye sore. This would be great to turn into chalets on the bottom section with an office that over sees the South Bay chalets or a cafe with indoor seating and then the lifeguards base / office on the top section, great advantage point for that side of the beach. Basically for the spa to the holbeck hill area needs vast improvement and would be a lovely area for young kids and families / paddling pool / activity centre / water play. Think BRID / FILEY
