St. John’s parish church, Kate’s hill

The restoration and development of historic St John’s, Kates Hill, providing historic visitor centre with high level viewing, museum, cafe and enterprise opportunities, community facility, nature reserve with land train, support for the arts, local people and enterprise. The Peter Conacher organ and unique White Friar glass windows will bring visitors along with development of the famous ‘Tipton Slasher’ story (buried at St John’s), and using the Marion Richardson inspiration to encourage literary and artistic participation.
It might be very helpful if others put forward the same suggestion.
St John’s is a magnificent project just waiting to happen, just totally starved of funds. The pride of Dudley, a hidden gem, let’s bring it forward to its rightful place as a place to visit, enjoy, learn from, and love. It’s about time this project was fully supported and the town can enjoy the benefits for now and the future.

Dudley will be more accessible once the new Metro arrives.
