Tap into tourism

The sole emphasis from the Copeland MP is securing new nuclear. She has no vision for other projects. The tourism potential for the once industrial Cleator Moor is great. At the start of the coast to coast route and close proximity to Whitehaven and Ennerdale we need a campsite with pods and caravans. Family restaurants and a quality bar. Well maintained shop fronts and public gardens and possibly outlying farm attractions. The cycle route should be well maintained and promoted which would be particularly beneficial if the new cycle hire shop in Whitehaven comes to fruition. Nice bed and breakfasts and promotion as wedding venues of the current hotels would help attract high quality clientele.
