Boston must be one of the few towns divided by a river and a train track. With only two routes, an accident causes congestion all day together with trains blocking major routes, the whole town comes to a standstill. I’m unsure why Spalding has been afforded a bypass. Boston has one of the major hospitals in South Lincolnshire but accessing it is problematic having to leave plenty of time in case of traffic problems. If there is no hope of a bypass could the train station be moved and rerouted to ease the congestion.
