Tram route along sea wall

The commercial monopoly maintained by Stagecoach for public transport needs to be addressed.
Improved use of the sea wall with a tram route to our major industrial sites could also create opportunity for safe passage over the trainlines. We could extend this route with links to North Lincs villages.
We can also remove much of the diesel polution created by the tired bus fleet.
