Wellbeing- All Ages

Classes and Gatherings need to be put on to promote health and well-being for all ages. For example Yoga or Aerobic activities the park. We also have to consider the older generation may not be able to do these activities so we need to be able to reach out to them too. A book club or a crafts class maybe? They are very vulnerable to being lonely and we need to put there needs forward as much as the young people of Telford.
