I would suggest youth activities are invested into. We need to to get the children off the streets and have a safe place for them to ‘hang’ there is a huge problem with anti social behaviour around shops and takeaways and it is getting scary. The gang culture is spreading to Leyland and I believe there is nowhere affordable with qualified youth workers to help guide these kids. Some children do not have a good role model in their lives to guide them. Schools cannot cope with a number of teens. With the economy the way it is parents cannot afford to pay for activities for their children to do and they are left on the street due to boredom.
